D\u00e9roul\u00e9 de la recette :<\/p>\n

Tailler en fine tranche l\u2019ananas et les disposer dans l\u2019assiette.<\/p>\n

Moelleux au chocolat :<\/p>\n

Faire fondre le chocolat avec le beurre.
\nBattre les \u0153ufs avec le sucre, farine, levure, vanille. Une fois le m\u00e9lange bien homog\u00e8ne, rajouter le m\u00e9lange chocolat beurre.
\nM\u00e9langer le tout et faire cuire dans des moules individuels au four \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 10 minutes.
\nLe laisser refroidir et le placer au milieu du carpaccio.
\nAjouter de la Noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9 et zeste de citron vert sur l\u2019ananas.
\nRajouter une boule de glace ananas sur le dessus, et une feuille de menthe.
\nAvec un pinceau, \u00e9taler du sirop de groseille pays (Hibiscus flower) sur le carpaccio.<\/p>\n
